you'll never find a clean table here, they’re always absolutely disgusting and when u ask them to clean them, they say ‘we’re too busy’. screens take forever to go from one thing to another, took 10 minutes just to reach the pay now option where it was still advertising other products. slowest machines ever, please either go to the ones in town or just don’t bother at all Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good staff, good food here. Its such a shame that the self service screens are at the front, if you want to see the meats and salad, and order by speaking to someone its difficult and very inconvenient. Other Subways place the screens to the side, this one should do that too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway location. Their drive-thru intercom has not been working for approximately for a a good few months now. This has clearly been an ongoing issue that hasn’t been resolved. Last night around midnight, I went to grab food after my shift, as I regularly do. Since the intercom wasn’t working (as usual), I drove to the end window to place my order. Instead of simply taking my order there, the employee insisted that I drive back around to the speaker — even though it hasn’t been functioning for months. I politely explained that I come here almost every night after work and that the intercom never works, and asked if he could please just take my order at the window this one time. He refused. His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. He began shouting, screaming, and swearing, which was completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying customer. This level of customer service is absolutely disgusting and disappointing. If the intercom has been broken for over half a year, management needs to address it instead of allowing staff to treat customers this way. I expect much better from Subway. Worse than mac Donalds next door ! Never am I coming here again, if you’re looking for fast food service this is definitely not the place. I’m not the first to write about it and definitely won’t be the last. Very poor experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
