The shop has no AC or toilet despite having a dedicated seating area. I was under the impression that subway was fast food however I found myself corrected when I waited about 20 minutes for 1 item. Staff seemed to be prioritising online orders over the queue of people in the shop (not sure if this is what they’re told to do) and when served they were blunt and bothered however there being no air con in 30 degree heat I don’t blame them Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I waited for more than 40 minutes for an order and still didn't receive it. When I asked how long it would take, instead of preparing my aadhar, they prepared someone else's. Service: 1
