Manager needs re training in customer service. If an order was wrong, which it clearly was as I drove to your store to advise this then what good would me bringing you the bag back in?? I advised that the rest of the order was correct, and only one item was missing? I would suggest you use a check list when packing orders and signing them. As advised we won’t be back and I have emailed Subway with regards to you needing to be trained as you are not qualified to hold that position in my opinion. Price per person: £40–50 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I absolutely love the staff from this store we come in with my 7 month old son and they made us feel welcomed the staff are lovely every time we have been in it’s been Lauren, Jackie, Ryan and maddie who have served us and very friendly each time we have been in Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options for people who don’t like meat Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to anything they will help you get an alternative.
