Employees are unapologetically rude and apathetic, no effort is made to correct mistakes or apologise for them, they just whisper amongst themselves and ignore the error. Ignored for 25 minutes after placing an order, and even when it was addressed the order was still wrong. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a tuna footlong with gerkins sweetcorn and mayo but it come with everything excepts the tuna and also got a double chocolate cookie but give me the wrong one and it was also freezing cold and hard to chew as it the sandwich was like a brick also rang them a few times but they don’t answer the phone Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
