This is a place I visit often. Every time I come, I’m greeted warmly and treated with kindness. Even when my English wasn’t very good, the staff were always patient, friendly, and understanding. My husband ordered a Veggie Patty footlong, but at the counter the staff told him that it only comes with vegetables and does not include a veggie patty. This was very confusing, as the item is clearly listed as a Veggie Patty on the menu. Because of this misinformation, he didn’t receive what he actually ordered. Staff should be properly trained on menu items so customers aren’t misled or disappointed. I hope Subway can address this to avoid similar issues in the future. I tried to call them but the number on their website is not working. Food: 1 Service: 1
