HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Twice it was done to my daughter now to me. Very simple they now have mini cookies on their menu oh but here's the kicker u can never get them. I tried today to get some and was told no we have no more ready i said okay how long does it take I'll wait he goes 10-15 I said okay sounds good then a grumpy lady comes over power tripping and goes Noooooooo I only have 8 left in the back they need to be cooked and I'm using my ovens for other things so no take what we have, which i should mention are all pecan and my kids hate pecan. I bought my soda and left. This has happened to my daughter twice all she wanted was some cookies to take to school and share with her friends on the last day and ya no she was pushed off two other times as well. She wanted 12 m&m minis and was told no u can't pick one kinda she said she would have to make more as that would take all she had left so she gave her a mixed box and she's not one to start anything so she paid and left. 3 days later same thing by the same lady. Today figured I'd try and they literally tried to give me the gross ones no one wants and then refused even after I said I would wait the time. WHAT A JOKE, Take the cookies off the menu because your staff doesn't want to make them. Or as she said they had none left in the building. I SUGGEST YOU CHANGE YOUR MENU AND REMOVE THEM SINCE YOUR STAFF IS REFUSING TO MAKE OR DISPENSE THEM. Utterly disappointed. *** After all this they then tried to keep my change. I had to ask for it back. Then they go oh the change machine is broken OK well I still want my money back. They got upset had to pull the cover off there coin thing and give me back my change. Like first refuse food to me then try and take extra money from me. WOW JUST WOW. DO BETTER Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are here for lunch before or after the appointment. They are always ready to serve. Have varieties of bread, sandwiches, meat, vegetables, sauces, drinks and so on. Some tables and seats are available. We all got something and my friend needs a soft drink too. You can choose coke, or other choices. There are washrooms available and accessible by wheelchairs or disabled. There is usually space in the car park so you can easily park and go eat or rest a bit before the ride again. Specifically today I had a bad experience, because I had called subway probably 10 - 15 times. I always got an answer, however, somehow they couldn’t hear me when I was talking to them. I know it’s not my phone with the issue case my significant other also phoned them, and they also couldn’t hear him. Hopefully this will make them aware of the situation, so they can get their phone checked out and fixed; that way it won’t happen to other customers.
