The staff in this subway are so rude you may aswell not be there in front of them it’s a grunt when they actually answer no smile nothing just gormless I think they may need some customer training as they have none. They spoil what could be a good experience as food wasn’t bad. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £30–40

Very disappointing experience! The menu screens were not working, so there was no way to properly see the menu, prices or what was available. The coffee machine was also not working. Bread was stale and the food was poorly prepared and put together. For a Subway store, I expected much better standards when it comes to freshness, presentation and overall customer service. A very disappointing visit and definitely not the experience I would expect from Subway. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £10–20
