Had a really good experience at Subway in Smithers! The staff were friendly, patient, and made my order exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, ingredients looked fresh, and service was quick even during a busy time. It’s nice to see a place where the employees stay positive and professional. Staff with zero personality,Lousy service, bad management, worse owner. Lies about health issues, reality was he had rats and mice crawling all over the food. Even after clear proof, still tried to claim it was fake, then proceeded to claim the shut down was over an oven... While Orkin was parked right outside the door. I'll never eat here again.
