I came in Friday lunchtime around 1pm to get a salad foot long sub as a meal. I was served by the young asian lady she was very polite, helpful and also gave me extra recommendations to add on a sub. The shop was clean, well maintained and the dining area was free from litter and dirt. Well done Solihull team Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The portions are outrageous to the point I refused to pay and walked out How do you measure the salad portions I ordered a tuna salad it was a few flakes of lettuce a few slices of cucumber tomatoes peppers and real measured tuna absolutely outrageous l could still see the bottom of the box so when I asked for a bit more I got a dirty look so I just walked out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very prejudice staff. Never experienced anything like that before at any Subway. Ordered a potato which was cold and hard, they offered to reheat it but served it as if it was unaccounted for. For 7.59 pound a veg jacket potato you would expect a good amount of salad and good service. The staff wasn't bothered about serving the customers. Won't be going to that branch again. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
