They were very skimpy with the toppings and didn't listen to everyone in my party as to their sub choice. One member of our party ordered a Italian BMT, they were made a Cold Cut Combo, and were ignored when they questioned it. They were constantly rushing us and were very rude. To top it all off they had a child running back and forth behind the counter complaining, and the three of them paid more attention to him then the customers. Never stopping here again.

Comes across as a cheap establishment (on toppings and how they handle coupons/promos). I tried to use a coupon that was valid for southwestern ontario stores and they refused it. Told me it was only for Owen Sound/Ferus area. I went to Collingwood the next week and they accepted the coupon, saying it was valid there. So I call BS on the Stayner store. We love Subway but not this particular one. Will avoid in future.

The staff was so rude, I actually just left. Their competitor across the street has staff which is much more friendly. I won't be buying anything here again.
