They actually close at 4:20 pm , they dont serve after 4:20 pm . Incorrectly advertised opening hours

Food was lovely, however, the toilets were locked and when I asked could i have the key for my grandson to use it, I was told very rudely by a member of staff that it was out of order. I pointed out that there was no sign indicating this and was then told what sounded to me like it was just cleaned and they wouldn't be opening it. It was difficult to hear her properly as her voice trailed off. This was the second occasion I was refused the use of the toilet after purchasing meals. On another occasion i was refused service altogether as 'they were closing shortly'. Each visit was around 4.15 - 4.30 pm. Not good enough in my opinion! Shop is clean and staff are friendly. Had the footlong melt as I've been having for years. Feel very short changed. Only 3 slices of ham and 3 turkey. Ask why there was only 3 slices of each and was told that is standard. It's not, unless they have changed it since I was in another subway venue last week. How would they go about making the 6inch? Half slices? The thing that I love about subway is it's consistency. You have an expectation when you go in and it is met. Unfortunately not in this subway.
