Very disappointing experience at this Subway location (163A 10070) today around 6:20 PM. The staff member (name on badge: Jais) ignored clear instructions and added pickles even after I specifically said I did not want them. When I raised the issue, the response was rude and dismissive. This level of service is unacceptable. Basic listening and respectful communication should be expected. I am bringing this to the owner’s attention and strongly recommend proper staff training to prevent such behavior in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1

Hi. As a usual customer I am just sharing my concerns. I love coming to this place because it has best customer service and clean facilities. The only concern I have is the quantity of the food I receive. It is not enough for the amount of money we pay for the food. I know that food cost has gone up but it doesn’t mean not to get what you pay for. For example if you get spinach in your sub they only put 2or 3 leaves of spinach and that goes for all the vegetables. It is my humble request that please put the quantity of the food that is required. Thank you. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Yes
