The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the name of the lady in glasses, but she made an excellent sub and delivered exceptional customer service—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The place was also very clean and well maintained, which made the overall experience even better. Sub was fine, staff were rude and condescending. I asked for it grilled and got a lecture that subway removed them ages ago. "Where are you getting it grilled? She asked and stared at me blankly.
