This subway is seriously mismanaged and the staff leave a lot a be desired when it comes to efficiency,, proficiency and just general customer service. We have ordered through this location many times bc it’s en route to the hockey arena for my daughter. I use the subway app to pre order ahead so the sandwich is ready when we drove by. I did this last night at 8:40. Arrived at the subway at 9. The woman had not even started the sandwich and there wasn’t a single person in the store so it wasn’t like she was busy. Then when she was ready to do the toppings I was horrified - everything was rotten. The lettice was all brown and swimming it its own water, the cucumbers were waterlogged and soggy too (looked like they had been out for 4 days) tomatoes were a cup of red mushthere was literally not one topping I felt comfortable putting on the sandwich except fora few pickles. Because well.theyre the only the safe option. I wish it had taken a photo. But I was so taken aback by the poor condition of the food. Needless to say we will not be returning. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This is the third time in a row that I’ve received the wrong order through Uber Eats. I overlooked the first two mistakes, but this time it’s unacceptable. I specifically requested no pickles because I have an allergy, yet my sandwich arrived with pickles. If I had accidentally eaten them and suffered an allergic reaction, I would have had to file a formal complaint. I also paid extra for avocado, which was missing, ordered multigrain bread but received Italian bread instead, and every sauce was incorrect. On top of all that, the food was extremely salty. Repeated mistakes like this show a complete lack of attention to customer orders and food safety. When allergies are ignored, it’s not just an inconvenience—it can put someone’s health at risk. This level of service is unacceptable, and management needs to address these ongoing issues immediately. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to this location today, and they didn't have the air-conditioner on. There were 2 people in front of me so I figured I'll suffer through it. Took 12 minutes to serve the two costumers in front of me (3 subs total) and when it was finally my turn)(or so I thought) an uber driver came in for another 3 subs and he got priority, so I just walked away. 25 minutes for fast food is absolutely ridiculous, especially in a store that hovers around 30 Celsius. I'm not blaming the attendant, I would quit my job on the spot if I had to work in these conditions. I however blame the system. Put a screen out like McDonald's so you know what to expect!... Don't just randomly put multiple orders in front of an unsuspecting customer who already waited for so long! Spend a little less on advertising and spend more on air conditioning, and sufficient staff!... This location is always extremely slow but today's shenanigans were the icing on the cake. Do better! And figure out a way where a customer in line is not blindsided by unexpected wait times! I wish zero stars was a thing I'd gladly give this location that! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
