I had a mix-up with my app order today regarding the meal deal sides, and the employee working the counter was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating, letting me take the items anyway. I realized later that the app was just confusing and she was actually 100% correct. Incredible customer service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited today and the Punjabi lady working there was really nice and having great experience of customer service just reminded me of my MOM i would really recommend this store never seen such a nice gesture at any other subway Thanks for making my day with Ur Nice nature &kindness Surely visiting again Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Even one star is too much for this place . I had a very bad experience with this place. The order I placed through Uber Eats was never delivered! When I called, they casually said “we forgot to send it” and then hung up on me. This level of irresponsibility and disrespect is completely unacceptable. The behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. It honestly seems like the staff have no proper training at all. I definitely do not recommend this place Food: 1 Service: 1
