We went to collect a Too Good To Go bag at 9am as the window was 9-10. The lady told me to come back at 9:30 as she couldn’t get it ready right away. Bit annoying but we went away and returned half a hour later. We finally got a bag at 10:06! From 9:30 until then she kept saying “10 minutes” and then serving someone else. When we did get the bag it had a freshly made sandwich in it (was meant to be cookies). She was dismissive & another (admittedly smiley) woman kept calling us Ryan (??) and saying we had to wait as she hadn’t put the sticker on the bag (?) so I have no idea what that was about as we kept saying it was a Too Good To Go bag and showing the app/details. I cannot believe it took over an hour to collect a Too Good To Go bag that was wrong in the end anyway. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great experience at Subway! Fresh ingredients, quick service, and friendly staff who really take care to get your order just right. The place was clean, well organised, and my sandwich was made perfectly. Consistently reliable and great value – highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
