Found a long black hair wrapped in my sandwich so that was £8 wasted, Staff member handling food had long black hair that didn’t seem properly secured. Basic hygiene needs to be taken more seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very slow service that required me to repeat every order atleast 3 times at each step (initial, salad and payment). Staff looked scared of their own hands they moved so slow to complete any task. And to top it off found they hadn't cut my foot long in half once I unwrapped it. Standard subway food, just be prepared to wait a looooong time to get it and repeat yourself multiple times. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
