I ordered 1 Big Breakfast sub and 1 Tuna Salad. I received 1 BMT, Doritos, Cookies and Dr Pepper It was a delivery because I cannot drive but when I phoned to inform Subway I was asked to go to the shop to exchange it for my order!! Eventually we agreed to have my money refunded and start the ordering process again. By this time lunch had moved to 2pm!!! When eventually the order came the salad had no tuna mayo. This is totally unacceptable considering the cost. Food: 1 Service: 1

Rude staff especially the Chinese guy thats new there he just throws your salad on not caring like he doesnt want to be there and puts way too much sauce on when told not to. Guy needs sacking and the other guy that works there that wears a cap. Would mention their names but unfortunately they didnt have name badge. This is probably due to them being replaced often. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Alisha at Subway was honestly so lovely. She was really friendly, patient, and made my order exactly how I wanted it without rushing me. You can tell she actually cares about good customer service and keeping everything clean and organised. She had such a positive attitude and made the whole experience way nicer than usual. Definitely one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
