As much as I love the meatball sub, I will not be frequenting the subway on Ouellette across from the hospital. The man who waited on me was very rude and unfriendly. I felt unwelcome there because of his attitude. He made it very clear that I was disturbing him by coming into the restaurant. When at the cash he asked me if I wanted anything else, I said a smile would be nice and smiled at him. He made a face and shrugged and I told him a good attitude changes everything and he made another face and replied if you say so. He never once looked at me during our entire exchange. I hope that the manager will discuss this with him and he will realize how important the customers are - without us you have no jobs or business. I will go to other subways in the future because I don't like to be treated so unkindly.
