First time and last time going to Sun Rise in Llanelli, should of listened to the bad reviews as they are true. Partner ordered over the phone, they didn't taken down all what was ordered Once food was picked up and brought back home the order was missing items and 1 wrong item, they give noodles instead of rice and missed 2 combo meals becauae they only wrote down 1 instead of 3, phoned and informed them but no apology and no offer to put better this bad experience, of course giving them the benefit of dowt o have good customer service my partner had to drive back there and get the correct and missing items, still no apology or offer of anything to make better of this situation. Food was average but edible, honey ribs was the worse, no taste of honey just tough rib meat. If your looking to treat your family to a take away my recommendation is to go somewhere else. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Your order got mixed up in the kitchen, which we fully take responsibility. At the time you placed the order we were very busy so we were focused on multiple different orders.
