I’ve ordered from here quite a few times now, and I honestly can’t fault them. The food is always fresh, tastes amazing, and the portions are really good. The customer service is what keeps me coming back though. Every time I order, I ring up and ask if they can leave the jalapeños out because I really don’t like them. They always remember, and they even leave me funny little handwritten notes about the missing jalapeños. It genuinely makes my day every time. It’s such a small thing, but it shows they actually care about their customers instead of just sending the food out. Those personal touches are so rare these days. A big thank you to everyone there for the consistently great food and for always making me smile. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a really good poke bowl. You won’t be disappointed. As a food critic, I can confidently say that Surfin Poke delivers one of the most satisfying dining experiences I’ve had in recent memory. Their poke bowls are a masterclass in freshness and flavor, with every ingredient—from the silky salmon to the crisp, vibrant vegetables—meticulously chosen and perfectly prepared. The balance of textures and flavors is truly remarkable, and each bowl feels like a thoughtful creation rather than just a meal. Beyond the food, the service is warm and attentive, creating an inviting atmosphere that complements the high-quality cuisine. Surfin Poke isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a destination for anyone seeking the pinnacle of poke perfection in London.
