Sushi Hub absolutely delivered tonight. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and honestly some of the best sushi takeout I’ve had in Toronto. The presentation alone was impressive, but the quality matched it perfectly. The Philadelphia Smoked roll was rich and flavorful, the Aburi Roll had an amazing torched finish with great texture, and the Hot Set was packed with variety and tasted incredible from start to finish. Every bite tasted fresh, balanced, and made with care. The sauces were generous, the fish quality was excellent, and even the crispy rolls stayed crunchy during takeout — which is rare. You can tell they pay attention to details. Portions were great, everything was neatly packed, and the food looked just as good as it tasted.
