I recently visited "Sushi Ninja" for an all-you-can-eat meal after seeing it on Instagram, but despite its great location and clean exterior, the overall dining experience was a complete disaster. Arriving around 4 PM with only three tables occupied, we waited almost five minutes just to be seated and eventually had to ring a bell to get attention. The service was a mess—not because of the single server, but due to a management failure where staff prioritized endless delivery app orders over dine-in customers, resulting in 20-minute waits for our first order, main dishes arriving before soup and salad, and cold tempura that had sat on the counter for 15 minutes. We constantly received incorrect items meant for the table behind us, and one dish arrived 50 minutes late right as we ordered dessert. To make matters worse, the torn seating cushions and illegible, worn-out menus showed a severe lack of maintenance, and aside from the acceptable Galbi, the food quality was deeply disappointing, with the sushi and sashimi served noticeably dry and parched. I highly recommend Sushi Ninja! Everything was delicious, special rolls and garlic shrimps! Also my family liked Mango Ice cream, and was interesting to try Green tea ice cream. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
