Horrible customer service. Came with a group of 4. We asked for the menu and he told us it's only the one on the counter (when there is a stack right by the register). We asked for a second menu so we can look at it at the table. He said we can just use the one from the counter. Refused to give us a second one to share amongst 4 people. How ridiculous. Gave our service to Thai express instead. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst service- I came to the Univeristy ave location, bought a bubble tea and he tells me few mins later the tapioca is going to be 25 mins. I said I don’t have time, I need to catch my bus, just cancel my order. He didn’t want to refund my money so instead started pan searing my tapioca? I don’t know if that’s a thing but I would NOT recommend this place. Before you pay, make sure they have the items unfrozen ready to serve you, otherwise they will start frying it or something. Price per person: CA$1–10

I had the pleasure of dining at Sushiman recently, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience! I ordered the salmon bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. The salmon was incredibly fresh, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The rice was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of flavor to complement the fish. The portion size was generous, and the bowl was beautifully presented. The service was also top-notch—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. If you're a fan of sushi or just love fresh, high-quality ingredients, Sushiman is a must-visit! Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
