We visited Sweet Addictions on Danforth and really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. This family-run bakery and dessert shop is well known in the East End for its wide selection of cakes, pastries, cookies, cupcakes, and South Asian sweets. Everything in the display case looked fresh and beautifully presented, and there were plenty of tempting options to choose from. We tried the “Dulce de Leche Cheesecake”, “Pistachio Éclair”, “Carrot Cake”, “Hazelnut Crunch”, and “Strawberry Shortcake”, along with a “Latte” and “Dirty Matcha. The desserts were rich, flavourful, and nicely made, with each one offering its own unique texture and taste. The drinks paired well with the sweets. The staff were friendly, and the shop had a warm neighborhood feel. There’s street parking available on Danforth Avenue. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
