Slow service. We got 4 burgers, fries, tenders, and drinks, and the total came to over $75, which is way too much for food this average. A burger joint should get the basics right first, but this place feels like it tries to do everything and masters nothing. The burgers were underwhelming, the fries were terrible, and the Nashville tenders didn’t even taste like proper Nashville tenders — just smoky sauce dumped on top. For a place calling itself Burger Factory, they should at least know how to make a good burger before selling tornado fries, desserts, and kunafa. Overall, the quality and the price just do not match. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80

WARNING This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Me and a bunch of friends came in to eat thinking we would get good quality food in 15 mins. This could not be further from the truth. We waited just over an hour to get mediocre food. I had gotten a light snack (Mac and cheese bites) and paid $7 to get 5 extremely small sized bites. Furthermore, the cheesy fries are absolutely terrible. It tasted like cheese straight from a can was put on burnt fries. The only decent food is the burger that takes an hour to make. The people around us were also complaining about the same problems we also had. I’m not a person who complains but this was so disappointing. All in all never come here I’m warning you from the bottom of my heart if you have a second option please anything but burger factory. This food would not be classified as food on any other continent but ours. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly one of my favorite halal burger spots so far. food was sooo good, everything tasted fresh and flavorful. But what stood out the most was the service. Jashan was super friendly, communicative, and made us feel really welcome. The place was also clean, cozy, and comfortable. As someone who looks for halal options, that’s definitely a huge plus for me. Will definitely come back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
