If I could rate 0 I would , placed an order for delivery to then have to chase for delivery time to be told it was on its way 30 minutes later no sign so I message and get a call to say they don’t deliver to my address , could have told me this when they accepted my order in the first place , one what a rubbish service and two a waste of food that’s been made and not delivered

Can I just praise the young lady and young lad serving us! Very friendly, smiling and place was very clean. We only had milkshakes so can't comment on the food. I see many moaning about delivery but we always collect because delivery everywhere here is always shocking. Will be ordering a waffle soon will go back again. Have had sweet tooth before with no problems food was good and delivery was good. Except this time ordered on Uber eats at 8:30 food took ages was meant to be delivered at 9:15, got to 10:15 I rang and they said they hadn’t made it and didn’t have any of the things on my order and that it would take another half hour and to change the order so cancelled instead. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 2
