Delicious, good value of price. Only to.complain would be portion could be a bit bigger. Or perhaps more add on dish available fot selection. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

All / most of the reviews below are for dining in - which is fabulous - so I thought I’d draw the internet’s attention to the takeaway offering (“Takahashi at home”) for those of us who can’t get out of the house for a few hours, or just enjoy eating at home. The takeaway menu is quite flexible and you can choose from sushi or sashimi selections or specific pieces of fish, together with a range of maki, hot food and some cook at home options (like gyoza, which come assembled and with cooking instructions). All of the food is terrific, and prepared with the same level of care as the dine-in options. The menu is a little handwritten note. Whilst it isn’t cheap, it really isn’t expensive for the quality on offer. I highly recommend it. Whilst the sushi is the star of the show, the special matcha cheesecake is fabulous too. Collection is 5.30-6.30pm, you choose when ordering. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer. Food: 5 Price per person: £100+
