Service was Terrible. Ambience was OK. For a premium price Buffet the choice is very limited. Credit card is taken away out of your sight for swiping. This is unheard of now a days.

I found the hamburgers for Winterlicious a bit cheap and messy. And what kind of plates were those? I felt like I was eating off the table and the food kept falling off. Sorry.

Unfortunatelly "3 course a la carte" experience for my daughter birthday didn't happen! Delta Chelsa rep from almost empty Tbar, without hospitality manners, directed us to completly desserted patio where the temperature was close to 40 degree in C. Looks like we didn't fit to the small crowd of backpackers in the lobby. We cool down in the different place ... less stars in logo, but better sample for Toronto cliche "WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU"!
