A couple of us turned up on Saturday night at 9pm to sit down for a curry, as we've done many times before. We were rudely turned away at the door by a man telling us they were too busy doing takeaways to be bothering with people sitting in and told to go away. We found somewhere else up the road that was very nice, where we'll be going from now on. The response that I've just read is laughable. Good luck running your business with this unique approach to customer service. Service: 1

Hi Jon. We are pleased you found somewhere to enjoy your evening meal. However, i was very polite to you and even recommended another establishment which i knew you would enjoy. You may not agree with us but we wouldn’t serve you if we aren’t able to provide you with our undivided attention. Providing a sub standard service isn’t acceptable to us, so if we can’t accomodate you we wouldn’t. Have a good day. Thank you

Just phoned up and asked if I could pay over the phone he said no and directed me to their website. Could not find it as tabbak and I asked if he meant just eat he said no again. I asked him for a specific curry they don’t have written on menu but I’ve had before. He said he cannot help me any further because I am taking too long on the phone line asking for advice. Service has very rude and disappointing
