Have taken money out of my account and the webpage won't work to even find restaurants. I will update this if it is sorted, but for now, it looks like a scam.

Hi Emma, As this is your first contact (unless you've contacted via our Facebook page?), we have checked and refunded any payments made in the last week. As clearly stated on our site, TableNow is currently offline while we work on a new TableNow platform and discuss timings with our restaurant partners. If you have any issues, can you just contact us via our 'Contact Us' page on the site? It's much quicker. Thanks. ...and no, TableNow is not a 'scam'.

Took money from my account without any notification and also when in total lockdown when no restaurants were open!

Hi, Any payments collected have been auto-refunded to user accounts (sorry, it was an automated payment, which we didn't cancel early enough - now done). As the site clearly states, we're currently offline as we build a new TableNow platform. Please just click 'Contact us' at bottom of the site if you need to check anything? We'll be back online soon.
