approximately 9:40 pm, I ordered a BBQ Chicken Burrito meal as a takeaway, costing £8.99, during my dinner break at work. When I took my first bite, all I could taste was lettuce, tomato and sauce. I took a second bite expecting to find the chicken further inside, but again there was hardly any chicken. I then opened the wrap and found only three very small pieces of chicken in the entire burrito. I have attached a photograph showing the contents. I returned to the restaurant and showed the burrito to the member of staff who had served me. I explained that I had paid £8.99 for a BBQ Chicken Burrito but had received a wrap that contained very little chicken. His response was that this was the standard portion of chicken used in the burrito and that this was how the company instructed staff to prepare it. I was disappointed not only with the food but also with how my complaint was handled. The member of staff did not properly explain the situation, showed little concern about my complaint, and did not offer a replacement meal, refund, or any other solution. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and for some effort to be made to resolve the issue. Because I had spent my dinner break returning to the restaurant to raise the issue, my break was over by the time I left. I had no opportunity to buy another meal and ended up hungry for the rest of my shift. What should have been a relaxing dinner break turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience that ruined my evening. Price per person: £1–10

Great experience at Taco Bell! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was really nice. Special thanks to Bhumi and sagar for kind nature and excellent customer service. They were very friendly, polite, and made customers feel welcome. Highly recommend this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
