Waited almost 40 minutes for a burrito and mini quesadilla. It was quite busy, at least 20 people waiting. The bins were overflowed. We watched the staff having a chat even if they were waiting for food to cook, they could’ve been replacing bins and ensuring the cleanliness of the place. The service when receiving our food was quite poor, I appreciate it must’ve been quite stressful being that busy and it may have been understaffed. But this all reflects poorly on management, customer service and the image of your branch and company. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My experience at Taco Bell Reading Broad Street Mall has been disappointing. I’m a delivery driver and this was not my first visit here. Almost every time I come to collect an order, the staff says “10 minutes,” but the actual waiting time becomes 20 to 30 minutes. Delivery drivers represent the customers when collecting orders, and these constant delays create problems for both drivers and customers. Because of the long waits, drivers struggle to even earn £5 per hour, and customers become unhappy due to late deliveries. The restaurant should improve its order preparation times and communication with drivers, otherwise it risks losing customers because of repeated delays. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
