Ordered discovery luxe box. Removed beans from cheesy bean and rice burrito as I asked. However, I upgraded to a fries supreme and did not receive it, $2 difference+tax, (didn't realize until I was already on the road). Not the biggest deal ever, if the nacho fries had at least been a full container (apparently i cant add the pic, but the container is half full at best). Lmao Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

People don’t order here it is a bad establishment they take forever to make your food. I really wish I could do zero star too like the other people I hope they can close this specific location of the fast food chain because they’re really bad took forever and never got my food I had to cancel it. And I feel bad for all the delivery people that goes and wait for a long time. Price per person: CA$50–60

the dude taking my order could not for the life of him understand what a burrito is and kept telling me I was wrong about what I was ordering until he rudely told me to “honestly just pull up” and I showed him the menu item as it’s listed on the website. he just rolled his eyes before telling me to wait out front before bringing me about a third of my order. 2 items out of 5 were missing. I drove all the way home before noticing and honestly if it was just an off day I wouldn’t have been upset but I have experienced nothing but horrible customer service, and either a terrible order, or just half of it. I get it’s a taco bell but cmon guys lock in. it’s not like you’re doing me a favour. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
