Great fries! After seeing all the excellent reviews I was excited to try. Unfortunately flavors weren't hitting and tacos were dry. I even tried to add salt and lime, but that didnt help very much. Food isn't disgusting, but its just not that good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Man I'm glad we found this place! Deliciously prepared food, Mexican with a twist! Our lychee and jalapeno mango margaritas were to die for and the birria udon was mind-blowing. We had our dog with us on the patio, which has a beautiful ambiance. Our server Jay rocked it and the chefs Anthony and Carlos knocked it out of the park! I've ordered take out from Taco Rio many times, and it's always been pretty good. The burritos are the hightlight, as is the burrito bowl. Not a big fan of their soft tacos. Mexican pop is a nice addition. One issue is that sometimes the staff will have definitely-not-PG13 music blaring in the dining area. 4/5 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
