I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tagine Restaurant in Malta, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambience of the restaurant was warm and inviting, offering a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern sophistication. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel truly valued throughout the meal. The flavours of the dishes were rich, authentic, and beautifully balanced, showcasing the skill and dedication of the kitchen. Each bite transported me to Morocco, with a perfect harmony of spices and fresh ingredients. A special mention must go to Chef Tapan, whose culinary expertise and passion for his craft were evident in every dish. His ability to combine traditional techniques with innovative touches created a dining experience that was both comforting and exciting. The veggie curries (Dal, Palak Paneer) were a standout, tender and bursting with flavour, and the presentation of each course was immaculate. Chef Tapan’s dedication to quality and his attention to detail made the meal unforgettable. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work, and I am already looking forward to my next visit to Tagine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend
