I ordered a Habibi bowl and chicken shawarma, requesting an extra-large size (I paid extra). However, the server insisted on giving me a regular-sized shawarma, claiming he made it that way. He even showed me that the width of each shawarma was the same, as if this was my first time ordering this dish. The Habibi bowl barely contained meat, and I had already paid for extra pita chips, which they gave me crumbs. It’s frustrating that people are paying hard-earned money for food that’s not being served properly. I also reached out to customer service, but I haven’t received a response. (TAHINI IS IGNORING THIS SITUATION NO RESPONSE NO APOLOGY) Food: 1

I ordered the Buy One Get One Free Gyro Shawarma from this location, and unfortunately, it was not good at all. The taste was disappointing, and the sauces were not applied properly, which made the overall experience even worse. I usually enjoy shawarma from Tahini’s and have had great experiences at other locations, especially the London locations. However, this particular location did not meet the standard I have come to expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Last week me and my friend visited Tahini Shawarma for takeout. My friend ordered a meat wrap and I ordered a falafel wrap because I do not eat meat. While preparing the food, the staff member first handled the meat wrap and then started assembling my wrap with the same gloves. I understood that maybe I should have mentioned my preference earlier, so I politely informed her that I do not eat meat and requested that my wrap not be placed on the same grill where meat was being cooked. Despite clearly explaining this, my wrap was still placed on the same grill that was being used for chicken/beef. When I pointed it out again, I was very disappointed by the careless handling of a simple dietary/religious preference. I ended up cancelling my order and requesting a refund. My concern is not only about this one order, but also about trust. If vegetarian orders are handled this casually in-store, it makes me worried about ordering online as well, where customers cannot see how the food is being prepared. I strongly suggest that vegetarians or people with religious dietary restrictions be careful when ordering the falafel option here. Respecting customer food preferences and avoiding cross-contamination should be taken seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
