The service here is absolutely horrendous! There were about 12 people waiting in line and 2 people working. Not a single person had their meal served. The guy took 5 min to even take my order. Before taking the order he mentioned that it was going to be a 15 min wait. I have been here on multiple occasions and the service has always been mediocre to poor. Please hire more staff if the demand is there! Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Chicken Shwarma, Chicken Shawarma Bowl, Beef Shawarma Rice Bowl

Extremely poor customer service. Mistakes happen and maybe just a little effort can make a differnce but not here..I have eaten here multiple times and the shawarma wrap prepared today was not prepared well at all..it was falling apart and there was no way to eat it without it falling all over me..when I brought it to the person's attention.. rather than apologizing or making any effort to appease a client he stated that it is what it is...I have had the same shawarma atleast 2 times before and that I didn't know that it always is like this ..extremely unpleasant and made me feel bad for bringing it up...I told him I can't eat it ..rather than offering to remake or apologize he told me to throw it away and refunded the amount ..end of dicsussion..couldn't be bothered to make any effort.. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
