No customer service. We ordered two crispy chicken ceaser salad and one chicken burger. We recieved two chicken burgers and one chicken ceaser salad. We queried the order, for the food to come back and told 'well that was what was put through the till!' When we sked if we could change one burger to the ceaser salad. We were informed it would take ages, as they were expecting a boat trip in. The boat had not disembarked. What made it worst, was the chicken in the burger was the same crispy chicken in the ceaser salad, all they needed to do was remove the chicken from the salad and place in a new bowl with the ceaser elements of the salad, or offer a salad for the burger! No interaction apart from take it, or wait. No apologies, no looking for resolution. There are other pubs in the area which have far better customer service and more deserving a visit. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The roast dinner’s a dream, the service is excellent, the zero alcohol real ale tasted really nice. — really happy with this pub. Did I mention the roast dinner is plentiful and full of flavour? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came up on my boat with my nephews, food was absolutely amazing, first class. The only thing better than the food was how the young team of bar staff and servers went about their business , nothing was too much trouble. The Tamar Inn Calstock is a breath of fresh air, fantastic experience. Made an old man and two young lads very happy. We will return, thank you Team Tamar Price per person: £10–20
