Had a takeaway, 2 meals, accompanies and starters, good clean service and food, onion bhajis were perfect, lamb bhuna was great, portions of rice were good. Portion size on chips weren't great. Also seemed as though the chicken was cheap, a bit chewy. Will come again. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

This place is a hidden gem, we decided to go here to celebrate our Birthdays with a couple of friends, the service from the young lady was fantastic from start to finish, she was polite and courteous and nothing was too much bother, she even arranged from someone to pop over the road to get a cake because I had forgotten. The food itself was delicious and some very strong flavours. All in all a delightful place and well worth a visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Tamarind Bay over the new year and the food was really excellent. The staff however should realise that customers near the bar can hear everything that is being said. On this evening there were alot of generally negative comments but mostly aimed at a young woman server who waited on us and who we thought was very good. Perhaps be aware.
