(May 2026, weekend evening) + Walk-in ok if restaurant is not full, but reservation recommended as there isn't a lot of seats + Excellent flavorful currys, naan, and briyani, at surprisingly affordable prices. Set menu is cheaper from Sun-Thu. Will visit again for sure + Above average services from all staff, even has hot towel at the end + No service charge + Free parking around the area - Still and sparkling water are chargeable, be sure to strictly ask for tap water only if you do not want to pay for water Price per person: £10–20

Had a great experience at Tamarind Restaurant Spondon. The curries were absolutely delicious—really rich, flavourful, and clearly made with care. The service was also excellent, friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a proper, tasty curry. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
