Tandoo's is the name for having a very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a wide range of quality foods especially in halal items. Seating area and ambience is very relaxing, neat and services as well. Food is delicious. Staffs are generous and kind. And about Chefs they have taste magic when they serve sizzling BBQ especially. #100% recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was very disappointed with both the food and the service. The restaurant itself was very quiet, which in hindsight should have been a warning sign. We started with the seekh kebabs, which were extremely poor. They were falling apart and looked like the meat had simply been mashed together rather than properly prepared. The taste was nothing like authentic seekh kebabs. At the start, we asked the waiter how many pieces come in a portion since it wasn’t stated on the menu. He replied “one long kebab,” which was quite confusing. For mains, we ordered a lamb karahi (½ kg) with three naans. When the dish arrived, it was mostly gravy/paste with very little actual meat, which was very disappointing. While eating, we noticed only one naan had been served. We had to call the waiter over to ask where the other two were, only to be told that he had only noted down one naan in the order. When the two missing naans were eventually brought out, there was no apology or acknowledgement for the mistake, which added to the poor service experience. Overall, I did not rate the food at all, and the service only added to the frustration. This was especially disappointing as I like to support and promote local restaurants, but unfortunately this experience fell well below expectations. Excellent food and a wonderful experience at Tandoo’s Crawley. The Makhani Chicken was rich and flavourful, the Plain Naan was fresh and soft, and the Lamb Dum Biryani with raita was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
