This is my wife and my go to place for Vietnamese & their Subs are usually fantastic. They are very consistent but today was a total failure and I got help to think it was due to the tip not given but we just didn’t have the cash flow. There was twice the amount of bun per ratio as there was product, the was a sliver of beef all the way down the bun, limited carrots and cucumber. Very little, very surprised, this was a big disappointment but my wife did enjoy her soup. Here is a prime example of a mistake a manager/franchisee takes and that is to compromise the standards, all you do is hurt your reputation. Remember your customers aren’t stupid and it’ll be awhile before I come back and that’s even if I do. Yeah wish I would have a photo to share, oh well. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

As a lover of this sub restaurant, I was very disappointed today. I can tell under the new ownership that the portion sizes of the meat got lower. The prices were increased, and the service wasn’t good. This is really unfair, and truly such a cheap move from what was once such an amazing sub place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
