I’ve visited Tang’s a few times before and have always had a great experience, which is why this was so disappointing. We booked a table for two last week and arrived at the restaurant as planned. However, the waitress immediately and quite rudely told us there was no booking. I politely asked her to double check, as my partner had made the reservation over the phone, but she responded in a condescending manner, insisting we must have the wrong restaurant, without offering any apology, and walked away. I then asked to speak to a manager, who also dismissed the situation, stating there was never a booking and suggesting we had contacted the wrong place. She went on to say that next time we should call a day before to confirm, something I found unreasonable and unhelpful. The lack of accountability and the patronising attitude were unacceptable. It is disappointing to be treated this way, especially as returning customers. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning, as being both in the wrong and dismissive towards customers is not acceptable.

An amazing chinese restaurant. Staff are very friendly, the food is served piping hot, lovely flavours, the best around. All you can eat for one price so great if you're really hungry. I Love going to Tang's. Definitely the best 'all you can eat' buffet around, that also do take out. So many different things to pick from. We're always able to book a table on the day and get a table for 2 with no worries.
