Very disappointing experience with security I had a very unpleasant experience with the security staff at Tape London. Leo’s behaviour was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expected much better treatment and professionalism from the security team. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I would not recommend it based on this interaction. Really awful place. Full of young girls not buying drinks, just waiting for men to buy them drinks. Its literally like a meat market. Which is ok if your into that type of thing. But if your just wanting to go out, dont go here. You either have to buy a table. Or just stand. Which is pretty poor. 5 star service to the lads on the bar. Funny and engaging with no attitude which is not like London One thing I did note, as someone who runs the best nightclub, in the country. the misogynistic attitude to this venue is really poor. The whole, young pretty women, with no funds, let in to bait men into buying expensive drinks is such an embarrassment to a club in mayfair. It was very quiet when we went in, so why the drama and issue at the front door. I had plain black pumps on. Girl next to us was dressed pretty cool. With some nice understated trainers on. She had obviously made an effort and was rejected for dress code. I am not a member. Never will be. So using lack of membership to reject people seems wierd as I breezed straight in. Oh, I get it, its because I am 50 had an expensive watch on, and the typical male customer to be baited into buying young women drinks...... Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: £100+
