This place is avoid at all costs! Avoid avoid avoid! The place was dead but we decided to give it a go. The staff were stood around doing nothing and the cutlery hadn’t even been put out onto the tables. The burgers are overpriced and doesn’t come with chips. It’s 7-10 pound for a burger in its own. The burger is a glorified McDonald’s. The booth was disgusting! It was as if it had never been cleaned. The table was sticky, the booth was covered in food. The staff were very rude. They were all arguing and very impolite towards us. Half of the menu wasn’t available. When we asked for cutlery we were ignored. Never again!

Opening hours said they are open, drove from Gloucester and they are closed. Update your opening hours if you won’t open. What a way to run a business!!!

Oh sweet lord. Tried to book last night but after no response on phone, sent an email which I am still waiting to get a response from. So while on the beach today we popped in to try and book, all I got was err ahmmm well I am new so I don't know. His colleague appeared and told me there was no need to book they won't be busy. Left not feeling super confident but checked reviews and thought we will give it a go.
Arrived just before six this evening, on the door it says please wait to be seated so we did. We waited and waited and waited and waited so much so another customer said you may as well just sit down you will be waiting. Now it's not that it was busy, there were three tables full, no food in front of anyone and I had just watched three staff make two cups of coffee.
So we sat down, still no interaction with any member of staff, checked the menu three times decided changed our minds and decided all over again and still absolutely no NONE customer service.
Half an hour in, a hungry 8 year old and the worst non existent customer service I have ever experienced we left. Told them we were leaving and they really thought they could say good bye to us I said don't bother you haven't the whole time we have been waiting.
Felt like I was in some kind of youth charity.
