Poor Treatment by Security at Ten Mill Lane Avenue, Cardiff I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment we received from the security staff at Ten Mill Lane Avenue in Cardiff on January 11th, 2025.( Probably we were 4 black African boys wanting to have fun) After traveling from Swansea, we were excited to meet up with friends. However, one of our group members forgot his ID, and the security refused him entry. We explained the new (by UK.Gov for online BRP ) ID verification method Which contains every information he needed, but the security staff refused to listen. What's more appalling is that the security guard denied all of us entry (when the one without his I.D card decided to stay behind while we go in to the party)because he "didn't like the way one of us spoke to him." When asked to clarify, he couldn't provide any specific details. The guard's behavior was unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory. We ended up going to a nearby bar, where we were welcomed and had a great time despite our friend who invited us having paid about 200£ for a table for us.. The security staff, particularly the fair tall, big,dark-haired guard on duty that night, needs training on customer service and conflict resolution. Until then, I would advise others to avoid this establishment. Rating: 1/5 stars
