This is real monte carlo. Room is very good, big Size, fully clean. This hotel is very good location and near the airport.

The room cost us over $300, so we expected a much better overall experience. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was very disappointing and had very limited options and quality. For the price we paid, the breakfast definitely needs improvement. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and offers a better and more satisfying breakfast experience for future guests.

I stayed at Monte Carlo Inn - Airport Suites for two nights, paying 3-star hotel prices, but the experience was hardly worth even a 1-star rating. • Room Amenities: They don’t provide bottled water in the rooms, so we had to buy it ourselves. Oddly, coffee and tea pods are provided—but without any water to actually make them. • Microwave Issue: The microwave in our room wasn’t working. When we called the front desk, maintenance came but said there was nothing to replace it with until the following day, leaving us unable to heat up our food. • Breakfast Frustration: When we went for the complimentary breakfast, a middle-aged stout white woman in the kitchen directed us to the reception, saying we needed coupons. This wasn’t communicated beforehand, so we had to leave our food and go all the way back to the front desk to get them. • Questionable Treatment by Reception Staff: One evening, as we returned from outside, the receptionists called us over as we were heading to the elevator and began questioning whether we were actually staying at the hotel. Many other guests were entering the lobby at the same time, but it seemed we were singled out based on our ethnicity.

We would have been more than happy to heat your food in the kitchen. • Breakfast Frustration: Our apologies that this was not communicated however we deem commenting on the looks of our staff unnecessary.• Questionable Treatment by Reception Staff: Our staff are from all parts of the world and we would never mistreat somebody due to ethnicity.
