The lady who wears a stripped shirt looks like a manger is rude and pretended not to see us when we were waiting at the till. Food is good, but what really stands out about this supermarket cafe every time we come is the service. They're incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy and smiling which is rare to find these days! I will always go out of my way to come to the Tesco cafe in Sheppey.
