I often go to Thai Express locations for a quick lunch during the work week and usually have my food within a few minutes. This particular location seemed a bit understaffed during my visit. I ordered a mini soup at 10:10 p.m. on a Sunday and didn’t receive it until around 10:40 p.m. The food itself tasted fine, but the wait was much longer than expected for such a small order. If you’re visiting, just be prepared that service may take a little longer during busy periods or when staffing is limited.

Stopped by Thai Express in Hinton during our trip and had a great experience. We ordered the Pad See Ew, Pad Thai, and Fried Rice. All three dishes were fresh, flavorful, and made to order. The Pad See Ew had perfectly cooked noodles with a nice smoky flavor, the Pad Thai was well-balanced with just the right mix of sweet and tangy flavors, and the Fried Rice was delicious and generously portioned. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the food came out hot and quickly. A special shoutout to Chef Kush for his outstanding service and hospitality. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel very welcome. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience even better. Friendly service, clean restaurant, and great food. If you’re in Hinton and craving Thai food, this place is definitely worth a visit. We would happily stop here again!
